OGŁOSZENIE

Gmina Barlinek wydzierżawi teren na sezonowe usługi gastronomiczne w obrębie Plaży Miejskiej w Barlinku przy ul. Sportowej 2 (dz. nr 680 obr 2 m. Barlinek oraz dz. nr 695/1 obr 2 m. Barlinek).

  1. Okres dzierżawy części terenów od 01.06.2021 r. do 31.08.2021 r.  (3 miesiące).
  2. Umowa dzierżawy na czas określony. Szczegółowe warunki dzierżawy zostaną określone w umowie.
  3. Stawka za 1 m2– składana przez oferenta minimum zgodnie z obowiązującym Zarządzeniem Nr 261/2014 Burmistrza Barlinka z dnia 18 grudnia 2014 r.
  4.
