 OBWIESZCZENIE

BURMISTRZA BARLINKA

 

 

Na podstawie art. 42ab ustawy z dnia 13 października 1995 r. Prawo Łowieckie (Dz. U. z 2020 r. poz. 1683 ze zm.) Burmistrz Barlinka podaje do publicznej wiadomości informacje o terminach rozpoczęcia i zakończenia oraz miejscach polowań zbiorowych w obwodach 253, 264 i 266, dzierżawionych przez Koło Łowieckie „Szarak” Barlinek.  

 

Szczegółowy plan polowań stanowi załącznik do obwieszczenia.

 

Ponadto informuję, iż właściciel, posiadacz lub zarządca gruntu, w terminie nie krótszym niż 3 dni przed planowanym terminem rozpoczęcia polowania zbiorowego, może zgłosić sprzeciw wraz z uzasadnieniem. W sprzeciwie właściciel, posiadacz lub zarządca gruntu powinien wskazać nieruchomość poprzez podanie dokładnego adresu oraz numeru działki ewidencyjnej i obrębu. Burmistrz zawiadamia niezwłocznie dzierżawcę lub zarządcę obwodu łowieckiego o wniesionym przez właściciela, posiadacza lub zarządcę gruntu sprzeciwie do organizowanego polowania zbiorowego, przekazując mu ten sprzeciw wraz z uzasadnieniem. Dzierżawca albo zarządca obwodu łowieckiego przy organizacji polowania zbiorowego uwzględnia sprzeciw, gdy wykonywanie polowania będzie zagrażało bezpieczeństwu lub życiu ludzi. Dzierżawca albo zarządca obwodu łowieckiego obowiązany jest przed planowanym terminem rozpoczęcia polowania zbiorowego oznakować obszar tego polowania tablicami ostrzegawczymi.
