01 lutego 2023 r. w siedzibie Barlineckiego Towarzystwa Budownictwa Społecznego została podpisana umowa na realizację inwestycji związanej z budową budynku komunalnego wielorodzinnego wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu, przy ul. 11-go Listopada – budynek „B”. Wykonawcą zadania jest wyłonione w drodze przetargu nieograniczonego  Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane ”CIROKO” Spółka z o.o. z siedzibą w Szczecinie. Powstający budynek składać się będzie z 48 lokali mieszkalnych wykończonych „pod klucz” z przynależnymi  komórkami lokatorskimi, 20 boksami  garażowymi w garażu podziemnym oraz 28 miejscami parkingowymi.                                                      

Koszt inwestycji wyniesie ok. 19 mln 500 tysięcy złotych. Termin zakończenia prac przewidziany jest na IV kwartał 2024 roku.

 Inwestycja realizowana jest przy bezzwrotnym finansowym wsparciu z Programu Mieszkaniowego dla Gmin z Funduszu Dopłat  w wysokości 80% kosztów budowy oraz przy udziale wsparcia finansowego z Funduszu Rozwoju Mieszkalnictwa dla Gmin, na inwestycje realizowane przez Towarzystwa Budownictwa Społecznego w wysokości 10% kosztów inwestycji a w pozostałym zakresie przy udziale finansowym Gminy Barlinek.
