Kasa Rolniczego Ubezpieczenia Społecznego w okresie wakacji 2023 roku organizuje turnusy rehabilitacyjne dla dzieci rolników uprawnionych do świadczeń KRUS, na których wypoczynek łączony jest z programem rehabilitacji leczniczej w zakresie:

  • wad postawy i chorób układu ruchu,
  • chorób układu oddechowego.

Turnus rehabilitacyjny dla dzieci jest bezpłatny i trwa 21 dni. Transport wynajętym autokarem organizowany jest przez Oddział Regionalny KRUS w Koszalinie.

Pierwszeństwo w skierowaniu na turnusy rehabilitacyjne mają dzieci, które posiadają orzeczenie o niepełnosprawności.

 - Turnus rehabilitacyjny dla dzieci z wadami postawy i chorobami układu ruchu zostanie zorganizowany w:

Centrum Rehabilitacji Rolników w Jedlcu w terminie

od 10.07.2023 r. do 30.07.2023 r.

- Turnus rehabilitacyjny dla dzieci z chorobami układu oddechowego zostanie zorganizowany w:

Centrum Rehabilitacji Rolników w Świnoujściu w terminie

od 11.08.2023 r. do 31.08.2023 r.

Wymagany wiek dziecka 7 - 15 lat

dzieci urodzone w latach 2008-2016.

Podstawą skierowania na turnus jest wniosek o rehabilitację leczniczą, który wypełnia lekarz POZ lub lekarz specjalista, u którego dziecko jest leczone wraz z informacją o stanie zdrowia dziecka i oświadczeniami rodzica/opiekuna prawnego.
